What toxins ?!: "normal" frequency ranges (in a bell-curve distribution) from three movements daily to one every three to four days.  The amount, color, frequency of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications & supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each person), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, & other factors.  Don't "cleanse.".

: You are not going to get genital herpes on your hands or randomly pass it to your other body surfaces. The germ is not passed like simple skin germs staph or strep.

See a doctor ...: It might be hemorrhoids, in which case you could try OTC hemorrhoid preparations, like hydrocortisone. HOWEVER, it might be something more serious, so you should have it checked by your doctor or see a gastroenterologist (a specialist in that area). Your age is not listed in your records, but, the older you are, the greater risk you have of colon cancer, so, have a doc check it out.

Constipation ?: Are u saying that you cannot "poop freeely"  are u constipated?  If so, see the excellent answers on constipation.  Basically you want to increase the fluid and fiber in your diet and add fiber supplements if necessary.  Avoid high fat constipating foods like red meat and cheese .  If still having issues see an md for a workup.  Ideally,  you are having 1-2 soft bms every 1-2 days.  Good luck.

Bathroom hygiene : You could also try using a bathroom assist stool which places you in a crouching position when defecating. This allows for easier passage of feces. It is also safe to use miralax (polyethylene glycol) or generic equivalent on a daily basis. If one dose is not adequate  you can safely increase to two or even three per day.

Get checked: A physician office visit is in order. It would be a shame to miss hypothyroidism, porphyria or one of the other very treatable things that will ruin your life if missed.

Sounds like a fissur: If you have a tearing, ripping sensation when having a bowel movement, you probably have a fissure. You need to be seen by a colorectal surgeon for advice on how to best manage it and get it to heal.

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids come from constipation due to sitting to long on the toilet and straining.  Change your diet to less constipating foods.  Increase the fiber with fresh fruit and decrease the dairy.  If that doesn't work, see your doctor.
