You should search on your computer what that diet consists of and how much you should eat at each meal (3/day) and snack (2/day). Exercise 2x/week- 40 minutes aerobic and do resistance workouts (free weights or machines) to tone muscle. Crunches and leg raises will tighten tummy.
You don't need heavy weights to tone up!
