Hyperthyroid: The two medications that you are hopefully taking are Methimazole and a beta blocker (propranolol, metoprolol, atenolol, etc).  You may need to increase your dose, but you should do this under the supervision of your doctor.  Even though your appt is not for another week, you should call him/her.

Different kinds: There are different kids of headaches. See a neurologist or your primary care physician for a proper assessment. If your headaches are tension headaches or stress related then you can reduce them by reducing stress in your life and learning to relax.

can lack of sleep cause headache behind one eye? i was using my phone all night prior to sleeping. aspirin doesn't get rid of headache should i be worried? i get these headaches every now and then, but they seem to last all day till i sleep?

: Although details are scanty, this fits with migraine headaches, and suggest neurological consultation, as these days, we have many OTC and prescription remedies to abort and prevent these events.

Depends on cause: Many etiologies including sinuses, optic nerve inflammation, even dry surface of the eye can cause some eye pressure. See your ophthalmologist  for diagnosis and treament.

: In the era of COVID-19, "cold like symptoms" are an indication to have a COVID test especially if the cold like symptoms persist or are getting worse or have associated persistent fever Headaches or persistent cough.
The typical head-cold lasts 5-7 days. There is no good medicines that can get rid of these symptoms or shorten the length of the cold.

Glasses or rest: The most common cause is tension headaches. This can be due to straining to read without proper glasses, staring at a book or computer for hours on end, or even dry eyes. If Ibuprofen or Aspirin do not relieve the symptoms, they persist despite medication, or there is an associated vision change, you will need to see your eye doctor.  Headaches that don't go away always need to be evaluated.

Decongestant : Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

i have a headache on my left eye,  this is caused by swelling ovver the eye where l noticed a pimple.  how do l get rid of the swellinf anf headached. the eye is sore aswell.

:  There are several variables to your concern. Is there an infection deeper than the skin?  I cannot provide you advice without seeing and evaluating the issue, but it may need antibiotics by mouth. This can be serious to need you to go to the hospital for CT scan.

Not uncommon: Headaches after a head injury are not uncommon.  Some pain medications may be more offensive than others.  I would seek care with a specialist (family doctor that has sports medicine training, concussion clinic, neurologist that specializes in this type of thing, etc.).
