These : These could be sebaceous hyperplasia or possibly milium.  There are some other possibilities as well.  I would recommend you see a dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options.  If they are milium, they can possibly be extracted fairly easily.

The best way  to diagnose a non healing pimple or ulcer is to biopsy with the dermatologist and have an expert pathologist look at it.
