Avoid pressure.: I might be wrong but it sounds like you're leaning on your chin, a common cause of acne caused by pressure irritation of the skin.  The less you touch your facial skin, the better your face will look.  Never manipulate (squeeze) pimples on the face; it will only lead to more down the road.  Especially avoid squeezing pimples around the mouth and nose which can lead to brain infections.

Hair removal: This is a personal decision based on your preferences and those of your partner if you have one. Laser hair removal and electrolysis are both good choices. This won't be painless, but I bet you're super-tough and can take it like the grown man that you are now. I hope you get what you want.

Likely C7...normal.: The bump at the back of your neck is likely the C7 spinous process. This is normal, and everyone normally has it. It is more prominent in some. (Not having it is abnormal.) You can try to minimize it by correct posture, but do not worry about it.
