Kp is a benign condition that presents as numerous small, rough, red, or tan bumps primarily around hair follicles on the upper arms, legs, buttocks, and sometimes cheeks. Kp creates a "goose bumps, " "gooseflesh, " or "chicken skin" appearance on the skin. Try cerave sa which is otc.

It depends on rash: Small, very itchy bumps on the inner thighs can be various things.  They can include eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, irritant dermatitis, urticaria, candida/yeast infection, psoriasis, fungal infection, scabies, lichen planus, psoriasis, amongst other inflammatory skin disorders.  I'd be happy to evaluate your rash and provide the appropriate treatment.

Cyst: It sounds like a sebaceous cyst that keeps on getting irritated. I would see your pcp into having this possibly removed.

Prevent new ones: If this is from rubbing you need to tighten and firm to prevent. Ew scars. In the interim diaper cream can protect the skin from friction. If you are still prone to rubbing any laser procedure to improve the scars is not a good idea at this time.See doctor to confirm that these scars are scars from friction.
