It depends on rash: Small, very itchy bumps on the inner thighs can be various things. They can include eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, irritant dermatitis, urticaria, candida/yeast infection, psoriasis, fungal infection, scabies, lichen planus, psoriasis, amongst other inflammatory skin disorders.
