See dermatologist: What you describe is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (pih), a frequently encountered problem particularly in darker pigmented individuals including african americans or asians. Pih occurs as a result of inflammation to skin.  Acne, folliculitis secondary to shaving, bug bites etc.. All can lead to inflammation and pih. Pih can take a long time to fade. See a dermatologist for advice.

Be seen: It sounds like an abscess.  At a minimum, it sounds like it needs to be incised and cultured.

Eczema?: Itchy bumps in winter on trunk and extremities is often eczema.  Topical cortisone creams--otc or prescription can help.  Heavy moisturizing with creams, not lotions will also help and will likely prevent a recurrence.  Avoid too much soap and hot, hot baths.

See Your Doctor: Eczema is an inflammatory skin condition; causes dry, itchy areas; treated with topical steroids, moisturizers &amp; more. Once the eczema clears, involved skin may become lighter due to loss of pigmentation. Return of pigmentation can takes wks to yrs. Treatment involves watchful waiting while using cosmetic cover-ups, laser, &amp; more. Pimples sound unrelated; visual exam is needed. See your doctor.

Penis bumps: Penis bumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.

Wrist bumps: See your family physician. They may be cysts that could be removed by your Orthopedic specialist.

Don't : Your hair follicles are irritated once traumatically removed.  Can try otc Hydrocortisone cream for those areas but would not use this on a chronic basis due to side effects.  Be mindful for bacterial folliculitis from shaving.
