Infertility issue: This is a problem that will require a Fertility MD to sort out the problem(s). The 3 abortions may or may not have anything to do with your infertility, as you have to keep in mind that there is also a male contribution to the problem.

Congratulations: Fluid retention may be a normal side effect of decreased return blood flow from the lower extremities--especially if on her feet a lot. She should see her ob/gyn for evaluation anyway. Good luck!

TOO HARD: IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN BEFORE AND THEY YOUNG, THE UTERUS IS STIL "" FERTILE"", THE PROBABILITY OF GETTING IN MY OIPINION IN THE RANGE OF HOW YOU GOT PREGNANT ON PREVIOUS PREGNECIES. IN THEORY IT IT IS HIGHEST AROUND DAY 13 TO 16. ASSUMING NORMAL OVULATION , 70 %, THEN 2 DAYS BEFORE OR 2 DAYS AFTER GIVE YOU 30 CHANCE.

The chances are: Becoming slim by age 44 to have a child naturally. But, i was almost 44 when i had my last child (naturally). The risk for misscarriages, health problems for the baby and health problems for the mother is much higher at this age.  Most women aren't able to become naturally pregnant at this age.

PCOS?: It is important to check your male hormone levels (testosterone and dhea). If these are elevated, you may have polycystic ovary syndrome. A pelvic ultrasound may help with the diagnosis.

No description: You didn't give any symptoms for us to evaluate, but many early pregnancy symptoms and the symptoms of irregular menses in the premenopause are the same.  At 44, I would see your GYN before conceiving to talk about some risks and of course you need to be taking a prenatal vitamin before you conceive.
