i have lost 4pounds and i dont know why. i have been eatting alot, is their a way i can gain weight? and im trying to get fat on my thighs & buttocks.

Weight: Your weight can fluctuate from time to time- water intake, exercise, menstrual period, all sorts of things can affect it. Why do you feel you need to gain weight? Unfortunately, just like trying to lose, it won't necessarily go where you want it to. Continue to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. Don't worry about the scale too much. Just work on being healthy.

Nothing: Stretch marks are tears in the skin cause by weight gain. They can be covered up, but not improved by creams and lotions. The only possibly effective therapy is cosmetic plastic surgery, but that's a big step for a non-health and non-life threatening problem.

Scars &amp; VitaminE: Life holds no guarantees as we know, but vitamin e oil placed directly on the scar regularly can help to fade or remove the scar.  You can get a bottle of it in the drug store.  It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient.

You should: Get checked for easy bleeding or bruising.  It could be an abnormality in your hemostatic system or platelets.  Time to see a doctor for some blood tests.

More info: Don't know your age.  Could be muscle strain, arthritis if low back, bulging disc.  Sounds like arthritis of si joint.   Consider anti inflammatories and rest as well as heat and massage.
