Continue proctosol ointment
Tucks pads. It usually gets resolved in 3-4 days and if not then it needs to be surgically taken care of.

You can try cocoa butter to help smooth them, but decreasing your weight to avoid obesity related illness is a better goal to focus on rather than your appearance.
