Weight gain: Fat deposition is determined to a degree by genetics. regular exercise, at least 30 minutes daily 5 times a week, plus a healthy diet will keep your weight down. Some women tend to get stretch marks in a particular area as well. You can try cocoa butter to help smooth them, but decreasing your weight to avoid obesity related illness is a better goal to focus on rather than your appearance.
