Possibly: But not particularly likely.  If you develop abdominal pain, fever, nausea or vomiting or other GI symptoms, then see a doctor asap.  Otherwise suspect you will pass these in your stools. I am not sure you want to tell us how this happened.

Sometimes appendicitis can occur as a result of an obstruction such as food waste or a hard piece of stool which can block the opening of the cavity that runs the length of your appendix.Appendicitis may also follow an infection, such as a gastrointestinal viral infection, or it may result from other types of inflammation.

It depends: It depends on how your body reacts to infection  but as a rule it should get severe very quickly like within 6-12 hours.

Short answer YES: You need an eval.  Pain that comes and goes may be part of normal bowel function or irritable bowel, but pain that comes and stays needs an eval.  Overall a chronic or slowly progressing appendicitis is not common, but possible.  If it ruptures it can be life threatening.  Other possibilities remain, partial obstruction or diverticulitis may also occur and act like this. Get seen and get well

we know the mechanism,the evolution,the symptoms and signs by why we do not know
appendicitis in infant and elderly are very dangerous because they are rare and hard to diagnosed

Appendicitis?: Typically, the appendix, along with all or most of the colon and rectum, is removed at the same time as the ileostomy is created.  If the appendix was left in place, it could become inflamed and result in appendicitis.
