Not what OCP's do: Breast enlargement is not a normal side effect of birth control pills/oral contraceptive pills (OCP).  If you are looking for breast enlargement, pills will not help.  Need to see breast surgeon to discuss enlargement options.  Dr R

If you are above normal weight, then weight loss/fat loss will eventually lead to slightly smaller breast size.  If you are normal weight, weight loss may not make a difference.
Good sports bras can help with support.
