Hard work: There are many diets and all work if you stick to them.  It is a matter of having the will power to limit your caloric intake to less than you expend which includes adding exercise.  Get advice from a nutritionist and exercise therapist.  Diet pills do not work and function mostly by placebo effect.

Maybe: This depends upon your goal.  If you are overweight then losing weight can be healthful and aesthetic.  If you are of normal or lowered weight than you might be flirting with anorexia.  If so then you need counseling and help.  All weight loss requires concentration of diet, exercise and common sense.  Help is readily available.

Nocturia: Nocturia is not only due to overall enlarged prostate.
1-just a posterior lobe of prostate might be enlarged and cause going to bathroom.
2- over drinking, "nerve damage in lower back" snoring, sleep apnea, diabetes, diuretics which are blood pressure medication, etc...... Can cause you to go to bathroom frequently.

Tonsil enlargement: You have not told us your age, medical conditions, duration of symptoms. You may have a tonsillar abscess and need to be seen by a doctor without further delay. If the asymmetric hypertrophy is long-term, it may be suggestive og neoplasm and will require excisional biopsy for definitive diagnosis.

It : It is unclear whether the three are physically in proximity, where on the leg they are located, what associated medical problems you may have and what the inciting cause was (e.g. Trauma?)  in any case, what you may have is a furuncle, i.e. Boil.  In some patients, the hair follicle get infected, sometimes called folliculitis - this may lead to a deeper and wider skin infection called furunculosis. Carbuncles are series of abscesses in the subcutaneous tissue that drain via hair follicles and are a complication of furunculosis. Frequently developing on the back of the neck, face, armpit, thighs and buttocks, furuncles and carbuncles are caused by perspiration, friction and bacteria.  People who are obese, on corticosteroid therapy, or those with defective white blood cell function may be predisposed to furuncles and carbuncles.   Furuncles and carbuncles may be treated with warm compresses, which promote spontaneous drainage, as well as oral and topical antibiotics.  If the redness increases, particularly if a red streak appears, then you should see your physician.

No: Big swelling 2 weeks after a lymph node biopsy might indicate bleeding or infection, but there are other possibilities too -  it is important to get this checked out to find out what the cause is - you may need additional treatment.

A lymph node: Lymph node under the arm pit is a red alert,it might be that you are infected and your body is fighting a disease that is getting control..visit a doctor to examine you and check for any other swollen lymph node.
