For now: You will have to use contact lenses or glasses until you are of age to have lasik and after that the prescription has to remain unchanged for a time period before lasik  is done.

Vitreous floater: You most probably have a vitreous floater.  The clear gel that fills eyeball is normally attached to all parts of the inside of the eye.  As we get older it can become more liquid (watery) and detaches from the back of the retina causing your "dirt" floater.  This can also reult in a retinal tear or detachment  you should see your eye doctor to check the retina for this or hemorrhage (blood).

i sometimes find a blind spot in my vision area while i am reading something. i am not able to read that particular segment and its background gets same as the page.to cure this i have to close my eyes/ sleep for 10-15 mins. how it would affect me.?

: Blind spots occur from areas of the retina which have no sensory cells. I recommend having a retinal examination by an ophthalmologist.

Not totally effectiv: Laser is used to provide a correction equal to the best that eyeglasses can provide.  It cannot cure low vision if eyeglasses cannot correct the low vision.  Lasik is safe and effective but cannot treat this problem.

No: Please don't fall for the bogus claims of some eye care professionals that eye exercises can cure impaired vision such as nearsightedness and farsightedness.  The only eye exercise with any validity is called "pencil pushups" and is for a weakness of the eyes converging when viewing a close in object.

Strabismus surgery?: See an ophthalmologist, you may be helped with Botox injection or surgery.

i've amblyopia (lazy right eye) i did the vision medical check and it was ( -10 ) out of ( 12 ) then i used to wear a medical glasses for over 6 months but the right eye's vision did not change at all, can this condition of lazy eye cured and how?

: The treatment depends on many factors and be corrected by glasses if caught early. You have to see an Opth. who specializes in that and he/she will diagnose the nature and extend and treat you based on that. Without that no prognosis about cure can be made. Hope you get better.

Sometimes: Prisms can be used in glasses if the double vision/lazy eye is small to correct things without surgery.  If the defect is to large, prisms are not a realistic option.
