Doctor can check: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies, irritants, or acid reflux. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep) Throat lozenges or Tylenol can temporarily help with pain.

The beach may: be better f\or allergy sufferers (ie the cold that won't go away) . I do not know that it will someone with a viral upper respiratory infection. Only time, some supportive medicines and a healthy immune system helps with colds.

Chest symptoms: May be reflux or even COVID. Get tested for COVID self quarantine . Below is a list of sites. Try Vit D 3000 units, Vit C 1000 mg Zinc 40 mg and also famotidine  for reflux as well as omeprazole Avoid spicy foods, alcohol caffeine, chocolate,fatty foods ,  Motrin like products ( ibuprofen, Aleve,) and smoking.

Tough one!: What a tough question. After 27 years of service, I am still trying to figure out how to be a civilian. If you are having issues with nightmares, insomnia, hypervigilance, increased startle, anger, feeling unsafe, avoiding unpleasant memories and just don't feel like you are the same person any more  - consider getting help through a  vet center or through a veterans  affairs medical center.

Biggest issue is: : Don't have thin skin !  don't let instructors play too much with your mind.  Know that it is their job to break you down. When you know that walking in - then you don't need to take things personally.  It is when you start to really question your own abilities that your confidence can potentially crumble.  Be like teflon.

See a REI specialist: See a reproductive endocrinologist if you and your partner are trying to conceive, who may also refer you to a urologist. Tests for men with low sperm count include hormone testing: total testosterone, estradiol, lh, fsh, tsh, prolactin. Some need genetic testing. If we find hormone issues some guys get better sperm counts with Anastrozole (off-label use) or clomid (clomiphene). Hcg & fsh shots are used rarely.

If you can do them yourself, wonderful otherwise ask your doctor to get a referral to a good physical therapist for further assistance.

Prevention is key: There is no specific treatment presently, it's mostly supporting a person through the acute illness.  But if you a vigilant about keeping your living areas clean, avoiding any significant contact with sick persons, and hand washing you are off to a good start.
