Pretty good: Transvaginal ultrasounds, especially early in pregnancy and repeated can be pretty accurate in determining the length getation and thus can calculate the date of conception.

my due date is dec 10th and i have irregular periods but i had sex on mar 8th and mar 19th. is there a way i would know which date is my conception date?

Can only estimate: Dates are just estimates, and a few days or a week does not make any difference in almost all cases. One can just get a calendar and count backwards 38 weeks from the estimated due date (38 weeks back from Dec. 10) to see the estimated conception date. The exact conception date of a natural pregnancy is never known because nobody can tell when the sperm entered the egg.

Ultrasound: When you have an irregular menstrual cycle, it is very difficult to pinpoint your due date.  Even if you are irregular, we would date your pregnancy based on the first day of your last menstrual period (lmp) unless a sonogram in the first trimester disagrees.  In my practice, i would do a sonogram to establish the dates around 9 weeks or so based on your stated lmp.

Go with US: Ultrasound is very accurate at this stage. You are likely very close to the 6 weeks 1 day they estimated. Would put your due date in late novemvber.

Some risk: Your chances of pregnancy at this stage are very low.  But they aren't zero.  You can do this, if you don't mind accepting a small risk of pregnancy.   Best wishes

HSG may not: The primary purpose of a Hysterosalpingogram is to visualize your uterine lining and tubes and check to see if tubes are open and normal. HSG will not regulate your periods; on rare occasions it may dislodge a small plug from a tube. You may need to consult a Gyn specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for further evaluation, advice and guidance.

Not much to worry: about unless you continue to drink heavily.  Alcohol has its major effects during the period where organs are being formed, and then later when the brain is maturing (the first one is at 2-6 weeks of pregnancy and the latter in the 3rd trimester.  However, if you are a heavy drinker, most cannot stop without help and you should talk to your doctor about a referral for help. Stay quit and good luck
