Tough to say: There are many possible causes of pain in that area, including but not limited to Ovarian, Uterine, Bladder, possible Musculoskeletal  conditions, etc. etc.  Best for you to see a Doctor and get an evaluation to best determine the cause of your pain and then the best treatment can occur. Probably: After having natural child birth, your pelvis tendsto get a bit wider.  Don't worry too much about being curvier. As you get older, it will probably happen naturally.

Inguinal adenopathy: Nodes in what i assume is your inguinal area are not unusual, but it is difficult from your description to clearly determine the location and the nature of this "lump".  Suggest you see a doctor and have them evaluate this and determine whether further studies are needed.  It is not likely to have been related to head colds..

Fatty tumor: Benign fatty tumor called lipoma  are common localized fatty accumulation, they are stable in size and shape for several yrs, it does not grow fast. if it grows in size have it checked out to rule out malignant lesions.

Several reasons: Most likely you have one of the following: arthritis, hip impingement +/- labral tear, or a femoral hernia.  I recommend an evaluation by a physician.

Not broken: This may be surgical. Yiu have extra calcium about your  joint. It is  not a fracture. This is called  heterotropic  bone deposition. This needs  special attention. Ask your  physician to send you to a hip specialist.
