Not yet: Not with current technology. Though very close. Probably 5-6 days with the best of the over the counter tests. A blood test will be modestly sooner but not likely as early as 4-5 days.

Probably none: but you would have to give the specifics of what chemo/drug regimens you used. This would really be best answered by the doctors (oncologists) who managed the chemo. Best of luck!

Not reliable. : They likely measure the amount of HCG in the urine. This would not be a reliable way to determine gestational age. See a physician.

Conception date: If you know the date of your LMP, add twenty-three days to give you an approximate conception date. Minor alcohol unknowingly used in early pregnancy is typically not a problem. Avoid using any other alcohol or drugs during the remainder of your pregnancy. If the dates are too close to determine parentage, paternity tests are available at birth.

can you tell me how serious is a cervical polyp and how it is removed. will that removal affect future conception/full-term pregnancy? are there any natural remedies?

Depends: Most cervical polyps are benign and surgical removal results in a cure without ill effects on conception or pregnancy. Not sure what you mean by natural remedies.  It is important to get it removed and the specimen sent to a pathologist for evaluation.
