Yes: The symptoms of "morning sickness" can vary quite a bit from one women to another or even from one pregnancy to another. The exact cause of the symptoms is not clear. In addition, the symptoms can often be similar to the those preceding a normal period, premenstrual symptoms. So it is often confusing to a women and risky to try to interpret the reasons for a specific set of symptoms.

Maybe: Early pregnancy symptoms can start about 2 weeks after conception, in some women.  Of course, many other things can cause nausea or vomiting.  One can confirm a pregnancy by doing a home pregnancy test.  If negative, then something else is causing the nausea or vomiting.

No: If you had sex two days ago, you cannot have any signs or symptoms of pregnancy. 
Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Early: Some have morning sickness in response to the hormones in the second half of the cycle even when there is no pregnancy. It would be rare for you to be pregnant at this point but possible. Need to check a home test.

: Because you do not know if you are pregnant, you may get a blood test for HCG level and repeat in 3-4 days.

Unknown: We really do not understand why the degree of nausea/vomiting varies among women.  Sorry. We do have a number of different treatments and normally can find something effective.

It's possible: Some women are very sensitive to even minor changes and fluctuations in their hormonal levels, and early pregnancy can elicited symptoms as you describe.  Best wishes.
