Maybe: Slight bleeding could be from hemorrhoids or other anal condition. Cirrhosis can cause abnormally enlarged veins to occur in the gastrointestinal tract that could bleed. Best not to wonder &amp; best is to contact your own surgeon who performed the surgery to get proper information for your own specific situation &amp; conditions.

Non specific: Hard to tell. Take note if your symptoms are related to eating, fatty foods or how hydrated. Increase your oral liquids. Go in for evaluation if you develop fever or vomiting. Constipation, a bad gallbladder, hernia and adhesion are all possible. Be well

Inflammatory bowel: From your description, this pretty clearly is inflammatory bowel disease, most likely Crohn's disease or perhaps ulcerative colitis. Define: I don't know what sibo is. In general, if the ileocecal valve is removed, some patients can have , at least temporarily, some looser stools or urgency. I usually suggest Imodium (loperamide) as needed, a good general diet, avoidance of large meals, and the inclusion of yogurt in the diet. If i'm missing the boat here, define sibo. Good luck.

Removing intestine: This is a surgery where a portion of the small intestine is removed from the abdomen and the remaining ends of intestine are put together.  This is usually done with a series of stapling and cutting devices but can also be sewn together with sutures.

Nothing: synonyms. 
Partial colectomy means as bowel resection of the colon and bowel rection can mean a partial resection of either the large or small bowel
