: Unilateral or bilateral testicular pain may have nothing to do with either of those conditions. Get examined by your physician or a urologist for accurate diagnosis, any appropriate testing deemed advisable and proper treatment and/or advice.

i am having symptoms that include blistering and what looks like a cycst in the vaginal area. i have been treated for bv and genital herpes and nothing has changed. what could it be?

: If it's herpes, it takes a couple of days for treatment to work. If longer than that, and assuming you were given proper treatment for herpes (acyclovir or valacyclovir), there are other conditions that can cause this sort of thing. Keep working with your doctor, and/or get a second opinion, ideally from a dermatologist. Good luck.

Should not use: Simplex virus needs body fluids to survive , possible to get infected from wet brush , you should not use other people brush to maintain simple hygiene . Oral and genital herpes simplex belong to different genotypes but can cross barriers.
