Injection: A urinary tract infection can often cause frequent urination, pain with urination and the feeling of needing to go right now. Diabetes can also cause this so make sure that you have been properly tested for this and aren't simply assuming that you don't have it.

Prostatic hypertrophy can lead to 'dribbling' and a sense of needing to urinate; especially at night.

Something not right.: Urine is made from the liquid u consumed..Can't be from nothing. Remember: tea/coffee/juices/milk/sodas etc..Are mostly water..They just contain colorings and sugars/junks..Also, most of the food u eat contains water..Quite a bit of it actually. So, if you drink lots of the above liquid, u make urine..And they can be clear. If not, u would dry up like a twig fast..

Some reasons...: It could be the type of food you're eating... If you eat lots of carbs and sugars, and not enough healthy protein or fats, you won't ever feel full.  But that doesn't explain the frequent urination and nausea.  I'd highly recommend getting checked by your doc - especially getting checked for diabetes.  It doesn't sound like an urgent problem but at least in the next week or two.  Hope this helps.

Varies widely.: The daily number of voids can vary widely, depending on fluid intake and fluid losses, bladder capacity, sensitivity to bladder fullness, and external cues. As a urologist, i'd say 4-7 times daily is a reasonable estimate. If you void more or less frequently than this it can be normal, but if you are concerned i'd bring it up with your physician.

Prostate enlargement: It is very common due to inefficient bladder emptying. Also, other causes include urethral stricture and bladder atony that produce small frequent voids. Also, urinary tract infection but usually have burning discomfort with it. Frequency at night only is also associated with kidney disease or heart failure due to edema and fluid retention.
