: As described , this use of condom should be as protective as any, which is not "100%".  If prior to using a condom, intercourse occurred, pre-ejaculatory semen does contain sperm, so if your period is delayed, get a serum HCG test.

: Symptoms mimic acute urinary tract infection, but also could be from Covid.  See your gyn physician for clean catch urine and culture, and obtain a PCR test for Covid, and quarantine for at least 10 days, along with close contacts.

hi. for the past two weeks i've been getting the most awful dull pulling pain in my lower back. it happens mostly when i've been sitting down and then stand up and i find it extremely hard to straighten up. any help will be much appreciated x?

See below: Sounds like you might be having muscle muscle spasms and after sitting down your back muscle are more relaxed and then when you stand up, more is required of the muscles and they may be resisting.  This might be due to an injury or other issues.  I would recommend seeing your doctor for an evaluation to rule out anything serious.
