I don't know what it: Is that you are taking. Are you taking some form of sleep medication? It sounds like you are significantly underweight - do you have an eating disorder problem?  Please let your parents know  that you are having problems with sleep.  I can't tell if it is safe to take something without knowing what it is. Between weight ; sleep it would be in your best interest to be evaluated by a physician. Here.

Pretty average: This falls in the middle of the dosing range/lb suggested for twice a day dosing  for respiratory conditions, ear infections etc.1000mg twice a day would be near the top of the recommended dose range.

Loaded Question!!: The general answer is at your height and weight there is a range of weights that could be "ideal". Generally the answer would be from 120-130. But depends on amt of muscle & fat. Even more so, is there something going on medically that would keep u from ever weighing those amts: Insulin resistance, anemia, thyroid pblms, low testosterone, menopause...See a weight management doctor.

See below: Ideal body weight for a male 5' 3" tall (using 2 formulas) is 125.4 - 126.1 lbs. Bmi at those weights would be in the middle of normal range (18-25): 22. Of course, bmi might be skewed higher if very muscular. Eat healthfully; exercise regularly. See fp at least once a year for preventive measures.
