Loaded Question!!: The general answer is at your height and weight there is a range of weights that could be "ideal". Generally the answer would be from 120-130. But depends on amt of muscle & fat. Even more so, is there something going on medically that would keep u from ever weighing those amts: Insulin resistance, anemia, thyroid pblms, low testosterone, menopause...See a weight management doctor.
