Not recommended : Nyquil typically has dextromethorphan to suppress coughing in addition to an antihistamine.  Combining all of those meds together, especially the cough med, can lead to interactions and unpleasant side effects that may last for hours. When using an otc med be as symptom specific as possible and avoid meds that have multiple ingredients.  Hold the stimulant when using otc cold meds.

Short ans: not wise: Not sure what you mean by "healthy" doses, but other than helping you stay up longer, there's little to no evidence that Ritalin (methylphenidate) helps academic performance even with individuals who have adhd, let alone those who do not.  The actual risk of major harm with brief use is relatively low (though people with unsuspected heart problems have dropped dead); prolonged use can cause psychosis.

: If taking Ridellan 30 XL once in the morning helps for the whole day there’s nothing wrong with taking that once a day it all depends on how you respond if you respond positively and that’s fine you can keep using that those for that problem

Ritalin (methylphenidate) at night: If the Ritalin (methylphenidate) dose you are referring to is not an extended release version, the evening dose should be out of your system in about 3-4 hours.  It may reduce your ability to fall asleep tonight, but taking that dose is not dangerous.  The extended release version would last about 8 hours, so I wouldn't recommend taking that one in the evening.

At your age: And depending on your height and weight and how your metabolism is, i would say 54-6o mg/d. Remember though that the best dose is always the lowest effective dose for you. Best wishes.

Sudafed: The likelihood is that you won't be bothered. People who are very sensitive to stimulants might have problems with overstimulation, agitation or palpitations. However, if you are being rx'd Ritalin (methylphenidate) @20mg at least once a day, you're unlikely to be overly sensitive. Sudafed can come in a large extended release dose, but you didn't specify. That could affect you more.

No effect.: Ritalin (methylphenidate) affect is  essentially cleared in less than 24 hours, depend in dose and extended release forms.  Your symptoms are more suggestive of anxiety or panic attacks, but you should see a doctor to evaluate for other causes such as cardiac arhthmythia, anemia, hyperactive thyroid.

Maybe: First - work with your doc to make sure you have adhd.  One requirement for diagnosis is having symptoms since before age 7.  Adhd shouldnt just pop up out of nowhere at this age.  Then, proceed with discussing treatment options with your doc. Ritalin (methylphenidate) is a very short acting medication and for teens, may need to be taken 2-3 times per day.  There are other long acting options that may fit better.
