I would stop..: Kidney stones occur when certain components of the urine--typically calcium, oxalate, uric acid &amp; phosphorus--increase and become concentrated. Then they precipitate causing stones. Excess protein intake demands more work from kidneys and possible less efficient flushing of these urine components. Protein supplements may increase kidney work demands; get protein in diet.

i am a body builder,it is bad to eat 10 eggs per day without yello egg part instead of using protein shakes? im skared of getting stones in my kidney.

That's a bit much.: Weight lifters and body builders only really need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day.   In ten egg whites you're getting about 50 grams of protein right there. It's unnecessary for you to get this much protein in one sitting every day, and doing this leads to a very limited meal plan.  You should try to vary your lean protein sources.  And drink lots of water daily.

Not really: Her kidney function should return to 80cc/min or higher in the coming weeks to months. At that level of function a healthy diet is all that is needed. The key is to follow up on her function over lifetime at a frequency of 8-12 months or sooner if issues. Most donors do well and don't have issues. Hope this helps.

300 mg: The upper limit of normal for proteinuria is 300 mg half of it usually albumin. I don't see any reason why a kidney cancer survivor should have more or less.

Oxalate: Spinach is loaded with oxalic acid. Excessive consumption of oxalates can cause kidney stones. However, kidney stone formation varies in individuals. It is best to avoid or limit spinach if one has history of stones or kidney disease.
