Yes: An overdose occurs when an excessive dose of a medication is taken.  Don't know what  dose was prescribed to that person or if the medications were actually prescribed to that person. Any individual who is taking opioids other than how prescribed  and is taking excessive amounts needs medical evaluation. If the person you are referring to is you - don't misuse medication or over-dose. Get help.

Yes but be prudent.: The dosing of Percocet 10/325 is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours per your physician. Your amount is safe if ordered by your surgeon. Be aware that you are also taking Alprazolam which may increase the side effects of the Percocet. Your itching may also be a side effect of the Percocet. Get well and if you have any problems call your physician.

Unlikely: But you and your doctor decided stopping Percocet was the right course for you. Restarting even one dose suggests you're back on the road to a relapse.

Aspirin and aurgery: Percocet is ok- just be sure to tell the anesthesiologist. Definitely avoid aspirin- it interferes with blood clotting and could cause excessive bleeding during surgery

Probably not: The main issue is between Percocet (oxycdone) and ratio-linoltec (which has codeine). I am not a pharmacologist but there is potential overdose respiratory depression)  with taking two opioid preparations.

No: Alcohol is a poison and it never did any body any good. Stay from it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
