Oral ulcer: 1st  you should take your baby to his pediatrician,  until then to comfort him apply baby orajel to the ulcer before feeding,  even tylenol (acetaminophen) if have to, you can also feed him with a dropper if he can't  suck. Make sure he stays hydrated. Good luck.

my 4 month old daughter has eczema & we went to the pediatrician in nagoya & they gave us some ointment but after a few days usage it returns again.we are not sure if the formula is the trigger. she only drink breast milk and the formula. please help?

Thoughts: Eczema is a chronic skin condition that is treated/managed with the goal of maintaining a good skin barrier &amp; minimizing breakdowns/infection. It is rarely cured although many kids grow out of most of the problems by school age. Food allergies aggravates it in 1/3 of patients. You can look into the food allergy issue with blood tests, but a review of your expectations with the doc is needed.

See below: If the child is bottle fed mostly, replace one bottle a day with a baby juice like prune, pear, etc.  The increased sugar content in the juice and other components should start to soften the stool.  As a last resort if the child is straining to push out a stool, a piece of a glycerin suppository placed in the rectum can help the stool to slide out.

Some basics: We do hope infants will be drawn to try table food over time but it is neither needed or balanced enough to assure proper growth &amp; development that young. Breast milk or formula is balanced for infant growth. We prefer to avoid advancing to solid feeds until they sit &amp; their tongue thrust subsides at ~6 mo. People will do what they will do, but don't expect anyone to praise you for doing so.

Keep asking: There are a lot of questions here.  Is the baby taking more than 20 minutes to finish?  Is there sweating while he is drinking? Does the milk contact his skin while drinking?  More data is needed to help answer your question.  I'm sorry.
