Bad things: Meth will show up in the baby's stool/meconium. If tested and confirmed she may lose custody of the baby who will likely be born addicted to meth. It would be prudent for the niece to seek care to get off meth as soon as possible, if not sooner.

Blood is best: If there is a discrepancy in the urine pregnancy test then a blood BHCG test should be done. If the number is less than 5 then the person is not pregnant. It is not possible to be pregnant and have a negative blood BHCG test.

Usually: Otc pregnancy tests are usually positive ten days after conception so it depends upon when intercourse occurred. This is usually the case once a menstrual period is missed but not always.

Repeat Ultrasound: After IVF, one can see several different scenarios. It is best to wait and repeat the ultrasound. Do not feel anything is wrong till a repeat ultrasound is done. Early ultrasounds can be confusing. sometimes, twin pregnancies happen even with 1 blastocyst transfer as the blastocyst can divide. However,  growth discrepancy can happen and one may survive and the other may not. Good Luck!

Hello. : Hello. It is different for each woman. Normally a woman's waist line will expand before she shows a baby bump.  By eight weeks the uterus is  the size of a tennis ball.  Some women start wearing maternity clothes at ten weeks but others may start at the beginning of the second trimester.   Because the uterus size does not change a lot initially, it may not be readily apparent that you are pregnant especially if heavy set. Have a wonderful pregnancy. Take care.
