You can...: You can take it,but there is no scientific evidence that any supplement will "boost" your immune system. Save your money.

It depends.: It depends on why you are taking them and I am assuming you are mentioning ovulation that you are trying to get pregnant?  Red clover is a plant that has one of its uses as to boost fertility.  Goldenseal is a plant that has one of its uses as to boost immunity.  You can use it to help Red clover be more effective too.  Astragalus is an herb that is an adaptogen and 1 use is 2 boost immunity too.

Not a good idea: You should talk to your rheumatologist first.  Medicines to boost your immune system could make your autoimmune disease worse.

Supplements: Since these are herbal medication, they are not as highly regulated and studied.  Onset of action will vary significantly and will depend on the reason you are taking this particular mix of herbals.

: None of these things have  been documented to be safe or to do what they claim as is true of almost all supplements. Beware. Spend you $ better. By greens supplement do you mean they are grinding up greenbacks? ;-)

Not proven effective: Many "non-medical" supplements, foods, herbs, and techniques are claimed to "boost" the immune system, but none have been proven effective. The immune system is complex, and "boosting" it to make it act stronger is not always a good thing. In conditions like arthritis, thyroid disease, diabetes type 1, lupus, eczema, etc..., the immune system is over-acting and damaging the patient's own organs.

where it is stated to be possibly helpful in boosting the immune system in people on chemotherapy or with HIV.

: Since the FDA doesn't investigate supplements, most physicians are reluctant to ok them as they may contain contaminants which could interact with your medications or affect other body functions, doses are not standardized and efficacy is completely unknown.

i was goofing around and took a bunch of t3's.  how much can a person take before overdosing?

Be careful: People almost never get seriously sick from taking a few extra T3 (liothyronine) (thyroid) tablets; this is actually fairly common.  The only approach to weight loss that actually works is a combination of (1) realizing the food industry is playing you, and (2) finding some kind of aerobic activity that you actually enjoy & can share with friends / partner.
