You can take: up to 800 mg of Ibuprofen up to 3 times per day. Tylenol (acetaminophen) should not exceed 3,000 mg in a 24 hour period.

DONT DO THAT: No more than 1-2 Tylenol (acetaminophen) at a tine. Liver toxicity is possible. Check your liver chems. Want a liver transplant?

Concerns: Probably not, but I suggest that if you need to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) do so either long before your wine or long after.
