In : In my opinion weight loss is 80%diet, 20%exercise. It sounds like you are pretty active, therefore the diet must be the reason you are not losing. You may think you are eating "pretty healthy" but i guarantee you there is probably a lot of room for improvement. Ask your doctor to refer you to a certified dietician. The dietician will go over what and how you eat, and help you make the appropriate changes. Once you begin doing this you should see the weight come off. Surgery should be your last option, ; really focus on the diet and maintaining a consistent relationship with a dietician. Good luck! don't give up.
