Can see Dr. again: With such symptoms, one can visit the doctor again to ask why there is so much thirst. It can be related to kidney problems, hormonal problems, dry mouth (sometimes auto-immune in cause, sometimes a side effect of medications), etc...  Some blood and urine tests might be needed, to help figure things out.

Accepted Answer

: Approximately 600-800 ml is the average adult daily water lost through sweat, exhaled in your breath (think fog breath on a ski slope) or during metabolic processes. The rest would be expected in urine. Variations in activities/environmental conditions among other factors may alter the output.

SUBOXONE IN URINE: Suboxone will be detected in your urine regardless of dose if you take it regularly as prescribed by your doctor. 
Urine testing done to assure compliance with treatment. Level of Suboxone in your system is evaluated by other means.

Dark urin: Infection, blood, liver disease, drugs like methylphenidate or dextroamphetamine. Given urinary frequency and change in urine color I would recommend you be seen.

Hard to know: Without smelling it, impossible to say.  Urine odor is often dependent upon what you have eaten.  Ever smell urine after eating asparagus?  It probably means nothing at all but if it continues to worry you, go see your family doctor and get examined.

i smoke 2-4 methol  per day (some days none at all). stopped last saturday night- need to pass a urine test which i am thinking is sensitive how long do i need to be smoke free to pass. i know smoking is bad?

Up to 4 days: Usually nicotine or cotinine may be detectable up to 4 days post last smoking. 
Longer, up to about 10 days,  in blood samples. 
Can have false positive if exposure to exposure to heavy second hand smoke

Accepted Answer

Urine: No  matter how much you drink your urine should not have oil in it.  I would have your doctor check a urine specimen.  Also get your BP checked.
