Ummmm..: Uh, oh, this question sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Whenever, one asks a question in this manner, it brings up concerns about the possibility of an eating disorder. If you do have an eating disorder please be candid with your obstetrician & your nutritionist (should be work with one).

About 2000: The recommendations range from 1500 to 2500 calories, depending on your activity level and weight (or bmi) as you start into pregnancy. You can actually be on a slight weight loss diet (1500 cal) if you are heavy to start with, but usually you will need more. You need to eat enough for the baby to grow well, which we can monitor with ultrasound throughout pregnancy.

About 300 more: During pregnancy women need about 300 more calories a day more than what they usually take in.  Of course, in the first trimester you probably need a little less than that.

Little love-handle: Seemingly this is the way your body is shaped/genetically determined. Since you are not overweight, weight loss is not really an option. Ab crunches and upper body strength training, kick-boxing etc, ..May help. Building some larger muscles in upper and lower body can help change the appearance/shape of your body. If all fails, a tummy-tuck could solve your problem. Consult doc. Good luck.

300 Kcal more.: Only 300 kcals more in comparison to women pregnant with singleton fetus are needed for women carrying twins (i.e. 600 kcals more than non-pregnant women of similar size). Please note, however, that the twins with the best outcomes are born to women with the most weight gain during pregnancy (up to 55 lbs).

Yes: There is no evidence  that either of these products would contain any substance that would harm a developing fetus.

Accepted Answer

No: Products such as "dealcoholized" wine still contains some alcohol which is unsafe for fetus'. Check out the label on O'doules beer which is also non " alcoholic" and you will see why I call it "O'fools beer".
