Do not take meth: If you are tested two weeks after your last intake, your test should be clean. It would be a good idea to never take meth again.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

If these drugs were not prescribed to you by a physician for medical reasons, then get help  from a drug abuse specialist  or treatment program so you can safely  stop  using these harmful substances.

Meth=methamphetamine: or methadone.  I assume you are talking about crystal meth.  It is good you are taking vitamins, but that is not going to protect your unborn child from the harm of using methamphetamine.  I am not aware of bruising as a complication, and you should see your OB provider to be evaluated, and get a referral for treatment for your drug problems.  Good luck.
