i had intercourse last night with the same parter of 5 years! i'm on the pill cerazette and when i wiped this morning there was spotting! is this ok?

Probably ok: Its common to occasionally have some bleeding after intercourse.  It usually doesn't mean something terrible is wrong.  If you are taking the pill correctly, you should have a normal period during the last week of your pill pack just the same as always.  If your symptoms persist or you develop itching or a bad odor, you should see your Gyn.  Best wishes!

Not recommended: Because of the difficulty of knowing exactly the day of ovulation emergency contraceptives are not recommended 
after day 5 of intercourse because implantation can occur on day 6 of fertilization.  **The IUD is a possibility:The latest WHO guidelines allow IUDs to be inserted up to day 12 of the CYCLE with no restrictions and at any other time in the cycle if reasonably certain not pregnant

i forgot to take my pill for two full days. how soon can i have intercourse i took my pill on the third day and one pill that i had missed.

It : It depends on when during your period you missed the pill.  If you missed the first 1-2 pills at the beginning of your cycle, you need to use a back-up method for 7 days.  If you forgot the pills on days 3-21, then you don't necessarily need to use a back-up method.

Please Clarify: If you are on birth control then this question would be unnecessary.  It makes no sense. If you are on birth control and taking them correctly then there is little to no risk of becoming pregnant. If you are wanting to become pregnant then please explain why you are taking birth control.

Not next day...: Generally it is advised to take the pregnancy test when you have missed your period.  This is because you need a certain concentration of the pregnancy hormone to be present in your urine for the test to be accurate.  The day after having sex, you are likely not actually pregnant yet as the sperm has to meet the egg and then implant - which takes a couple of days.

hi, my partner and i talked and decided to take plan b 2 days later after the intercourse.  how really effective is plan b between 48-72 hours?

Plan B: is most effective when taken within the first 24 hours of intercourse and loses some effectiveness the further out it is taken. It is still effective 72 hours from intercourse. 89% effective at 72 hours

Take Plan B: unfortunately, the withdrawal technique is not really effective since even pre- ejacaculatory fluids form the penis can carry sperm cells.You are close to your fertile time and I would advise Plan B ASAP, unless you want to be called "Mommy".
