Pregnancy: If the bleeding is lighter than normal, you could still be pregnant or it was an abnormal pregnancy and you miscarried. 
It could also be a pregnancy that implanted in the wrong place.  I would recommend seeing your doctor to find out what is going on, especially if you are having any other abdominal  pain or cramping.

Possible: It it is not the time for your period and you are bleeding then you could be pregnant or having a miscarriage. Take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. If you are not pregnant then there are many causes for a period to come at the wrong time. It should sort out in a few months. If not or if bleeding is heavy  see a doctor.

A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

Maybe: You ovulate 14 days before your cycle and you can do a pregnancy test as early as five days before your cycle measure from the start of one cycle to the start of another cycle and you will see ovulation is in the middle if you get your cycle and the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant.
