Variable: Depending where you are in your allergy injection schedule and how long it has been since your last shot will all factor into when you may need to restart your shots. If you are on maintenance therapy receiving your shots every 2-4 weeks and you missed one or two shot you will not have to start over. If it has been months or years since your last shot then you will probably have to start over.

Not accurately.: Decadron (dexamethasone) is a pawerful anti-inflammatory steroid, which has a half-life of about 36 hours, which means on day 4, you have the equivalent of 2 mg of Decadron (dexamethasone) in your body, which is enough to decrease skin testing. Serum testing is also innaccurate at this point, will need to wait another 2 weeks for skin testing, up to 6 weeks for blood testing.

i had a baby 6 days ago, since my epidural  i have developed a rash at the injection site, abd now is on my neck. is this normal. no allergies to tape?

Not normal: could be meds, tape or iodine or other cleansing solution. try benadryl (diphenhydramine). if not improved, see your doctor

? acute urticaria: Due to food allergy or just idiopathic, you need to see your doctor or an allergist, as you might need more steroids/antihistamines, besides you need to revise with your doctor all the medicines/supplements you are on, drug-drug interaction, or drug-food interaction can cause what you have, be careful while on multiple medications/supplements, goodluck

i got the flu and prevnar13 shots 6 days ago. i was tired and achy. now there is a red splotch under the injection site. it isn't itchy, but with the aches i am concerned. i only have a latex allergy but the person giving the shot did not use latex?

Talk to your: doctor about your concerns and allergy history.  If you have a history of multiple allergies, you may be a candidate for pretreatment  to minimize the chances of a reaction.  The facility should have a protocol for this which could include one or more medications, so don't try to treat yourself.

More info.: Large dose of steroid can cause acne.  However the rash may also be just a part of the swollen lips and eyes process which returns when the level of steroid starts to fall off.  I presume that you are on Benadryl (diphenhydramine).

3 days after pfizer first vaccine the injection site is swollen, red, itchy and warm to touch. the swelling is about as wide as the bottom of a mug. (also some bruising). muscular pain has subsided. is this normal or a minor allergy/infection?

: many times this reaction is common. see dermatologist if rash and discomfort worsen. should subside within several days

No: There is no specific drug you need to avoid unless you are allergic to it.  Xolair takes several weeks to work when used for hives.
