Every : Every woman's cycle is different, so it's difficult to say exactly when she ovulated (time when a woman can get pregnant). However  there is a good chance that she did ovulate on or near the 12th based on the date syou gave; any semen (including precum) has the potential to cause pregnancy, especially because it stays inside a woman waiting to fertilize an egg about 2-3 days. The only way to know is to take an early prediction pregnancy test which can be done about a week before her next period is due.

An egg is released (ovulation) approximately 2 weeks (range 10-16 days) before the 1st day of the next menses.  For example, if the cycle is 28 days (4 weeks) long, then ovulation should occur around day 14, or 2 weeks before day 1 of the next menses.
