Not long: Incisional swelling last only for a few days, but if it stays red and oozes pus, see your doctor immediately. Whole belly swelling may be related to the bowels, so get checked as soon as possible if you think that it's abnormal.

Stomach issues: I don't think there is a relationship between a tubal ligation and stomach problems. You will need a more thorough check. Please see your physician.

See a doctor today: I am normally not so urgent but i really think you should see a doctor.  You are at risk for an ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy in the tube instead of the uterus).  You should make sure.  An ultrasound should be able to tell the difference.

Yes it is not unusua: In leparoscopic tubal ligation if that was in your case they use gas to separate skin and muscles from the internal organs and it is Normal to have swelling and it will go away by itself

Tubal ligation ?'s: Fallop ring sterilization done "6 years ago" effectively destroys the segment of the tube where the ring is placed, by cutting off its blood supply.  Although this type of tubal ligation can be reversed, it is very unlikely to permit pregnancy even if it does "fall off".

See your GYN: It is most likely  or may be due to development of Fibroids in Uterus
 check out with Your GYN and You will need a Ultrasound for this to diagnose

Some benefit from birth control pills, patch or nuvaring. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud can stop your period in some cases. Consider an endometrial ablation such as genesys hta if you are done having children. These can be done in the safely and comfortably in the office.
