2 weeks: Length of time is as variable as the individual patients having breast reduction.  With average cases, resumption of reasonable sexual activity will be able to start within two weeks.

Yes for at least 2..: Weeks.  After that, I have my patients wait till they are comfortable enough to have sex.

Not necessarily.: The breasts enlarge naturally with weight gain, puberty, pregnancy and breast-feeding. Some oral contraceptives can be associated with increase in breast size in some women (sometimes).

Yes: Breasts can be sore from continued growth, overstimulation from a partner or inadequate bra, or hormone changes in your cycle. The real question is, is this normal for you? If this is a significant change, you should definitely check a pregnancy test. If you're not pregnant and it doesn't go away, you should see your doctor.

Can't predict: Breast size, like penis size, depends upon individual. While there is some association w/age, there is no specific "normal" for any given age. Instead, we assess pubertal development by tanner stages. In theory, breast should be tanner stage v by 15yo which is described as "breast reaches final adult size; areola returns to contour of the surrounding breast, with a projecting central papilla".

Examine breast close: See wether it maybe coming from the glands  around the areola ,Is it re tender ?this could be a localized infection.While you make an appointment to have it examined a soon as possible ;apply warm compresses.
