This : This could be consistent with sundowning syndrome, where patients become more confused at night.  Her age is not clear to me from the question.  There are things that can help sundowning such as only having caffeine in the morning, having a small meal at night, and being sure the patient has something familiar around her.  But your sister needs a complete neurological evaluation to be sure of her diagnosis and to be sure there isn't another cause of her symptoms.

Backache: Have you been exercising or doing housework that could have strained your back muscles? Do you sleep on a good mattress?  Since the discomfort is bilateral, a kidney cause is unlikely. Your GI symptoms are rather nonspecific. I recommend avoiding activities that would stress your back muscles, take acetomenophen or an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen with food only. See MD as needed.

discuss with your doctor and have your antibiotic changed
he/she can prescribe a different combination of drugs which you can tolerate for eliminating h pylori.

Be seen: Could all be related to your back or a couple issues. Need a lot more information and the best way to handle this is in a face to face visit. I am a fan of chiropractic care, acupuncture and chinese medicine for these issues as well.

: I cannot put episodes of simple head trauma as the cause of a loss of the sense of smell. Some people lose it for no apparent reason.  He may have had an otherwise symptom free process that attacked the nerve endings like covid does and never knew it.

See a dentist: This is not an orthopaedic problem but a dental problem.  It could be caused by taking some bone preserving drugs as fosimax.  Talk to you dentist.

Yes & no: Steep at least 3 to 5 minutes to get health benefits. Stepping longer than 6 minutes can lead to bitter tasting tea.
