Depends: There are many factors to consider most importantly depending on how well your condition can be controlled and your health status and lifestyle .  I don't think we have enough data to generate the stats yet although most well managed cases can likely live somewhere close to the predicted life expectancy.

It varies, but..: These days meds are extremely effective and most individuals with HIV have a normal life expectancy.

Adult's 1st victims : This newly mutated virus was first recognized in sexually active adults. Infants were/are  collateral damage and acquired the disease from their infected mothers. Today a well controlled HIV + mother has a great chance of having a healthy HIV - infant.

Meaningless test: T cells should not be tested unless HIV has already been diagnosed. If only exposed, the CD4 (T helper) count means nothing. IF possibly exposed, have an HIV test and rely on that result. No other blood tests matter. If you are suspected to have some other kind of immune deficiency, it's too complex for this forum. Discuss with your doctor.

As : As of today the life expectancy of a properly managed lupus patient is about the same as any other person of same age gender and race. Of course there are individual cases where long term severe disease with for example kidney damage or heart disease can modify life expectancy due to those organs being affected, but even in those cases with adequate medical care life can be prolonged. Before the discovery of steroids the life expectancy of severe lupus was quite low, with the development of new treatments and increased medical knowledge, with early diagnosis and treatment as well as managment of associated diseases such as osteoporosis, diabetes, atherosclerosis etc 95 % of lupus patients will live a normal life span.

if you get huntington's dieseas when you are a teen. what is your life expectancy? well, i am a teen and i just want to know that if i get huntington's disease then how much longer will i live. and how well will i function in life.

Huntington's : Huntington's disease or chorea is an inherited disorder that usually appears in mid-life. It is referred to as autosomal dominant disorder; that is if a parent has it there is a 50/50 chance a child will inherit it. A famous person who had this movement disorder was woody guthrie, a folk singer who was born in 1912 and died in 1967. His son arlo, also a folk singer did not inherit the gene and is in his 60's ( i think).
If there is a history in your family, you may wish to be tested.Some people from affected families prefer not to be tested. At this time there is no cure available. I think you would benefit from talking to your family about your worries.

Multiple reasons: Better education leads to better jobs with better access to health care, and health insurance.  Better education equates with a healthier lifestyle, better nutrition, less smoking, less obesity, more physically active, less stress, safer neighborhoods.  All these factors contribute to life span.

Yes in general: Many people who have heart surgery can resume completely normal lives and activities after recovering from the surgery.  The life expectancy of an given individual after heart surgery will depend on what shape they were in before the surgery, the type and extent  of surgery and the success of the surgery and any complications.
