If the person is taking the naloxone appropriately, no worries. Otherwise, stop using the stuff, and then no worries.

False positive: What kind of test was done? If it was a screening test, then it needs to be confirmed with a test using a different method. Screening tests are set to have high sensitivity but do have a few false positives.  Talk to the doctor who ordered the test.

No: Narcan blocks opiates such as heroin at receptor sites in the brain but does not effect urine screening. If you are trying to avoid a positive uds for heroin, the best way is to abstain :). If this is a problem seek professional help. Heroin kills.

Depends : Some things such as glucose must be tested pretty quick as they are consumed by cells and bacteria in the urine. Cells deteriorate quickly, bacteria multiply quickly. Protein could deteriorate. The ph can change depending upon bacterial action. 

Sodium, potassium, chloride, an similar elemental analytes are unchanged in spite of temperature and or biologic processes.

In general test asap.

Maybe: I haven't seen anybody leave the door open but some will require that an attendant be present during collection. Some will check the temperature of the urine to make sure that you didn't bring anything from home provided by somebody else.
