Most cannot heal: Most ruptured tendons pull apart and cannot heal because the ends are not close enough to heal. You should be evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon, who can tell you whether the tendon needs to be fixed or it will heal.

Not healed...: As ankle sprains can come in varying degrees of severity, from very mild to very extreme, it is hard to tell just how long it will take you ankle to totally heel. More concerning, is that you are having some issues with your Achilles tendon. Your tendon may be showing signs of an early tendinitis, due to the change in tendon function. This change could be secondary to the unresolved ankle injury.

Severed tendon: If the tendon is in good contact with the opposite side of the severed are, it may heal within 3-4 weeks.  However, the tendon, if completely severed should be evaluated and brought together surgically.  It would still take 3-4 weeks to unite before early range of motion and PT is started

About 6 weeks: The answer varies depending upon the actual degree of tendon torn since a partial tear covers everything from a very minimal tear to a significant partial tear that may act more like a full thickness tear. Six weeks is a good number to remember realizing it could be less for a minimal tear. A significnat partial tendon tear may actually require surgical intervention, so check with your docotr.

RICE: Rest, ice, compression, elevation.

Use a heel lift in your shoes to take pressure off the achilles tendon.
If persists see a podiatrist.

Buddy tape: Without seeing how bad your injury is, hard to say for sure.  If you have avulsed the distal attachment to the finger bone (jersey finger), this needs to be seen by a surgeon, possibly hand specialist for opertive repair.  You would have lost your ability to flex the finger at the tip.  If it is still attached but just strained and  has full function then you could buddy tape it for a few weeks.
