Varies: Could be as long as several weeks.  Things to look for that would warrant more urgent need to be seen would be gasping for breath, or unable to suck on pacifier/bottle/breast.  Of course if they start acting in a manner concerning to you, a visit to their doctor would be warranted.

Rhinitis: Pregnancy-induced rhinitis is both common and treatable. Generally resolves after delivery.  Discuss options with a physician to hopefully get some relief and good luck!

Stuffy nose: Depends on the cause.  If it is from a deviated septum, it won't get better on its own.  If it is from the common cold, it usually lasts 5-7 days.  Allergies can last months at a time.  Feel better.

7-10 days: Cold symptoms usually 7-10 days. Use OTC decongestant tablets for relief.  THere may be an underlying anatomical obstruction exacerbating blockage. See ENT doc for examination if desired.

Common finding: The sensitive linings of the nose has capillaries that break easily with trauma. Suctioning will often stir this up, but it is transient. Often just flooding the nose with nasal saline will loosen the mucous & letting it drain into the stomach is not a problem.

Flu complications: It sounds like complications of a flu-like illness.  After this long you need to be checked for possible sinusitis or even pneumonia.
