Urticaria?: Urticaria (aka Hives) is an itchy rash that worsens with heat and other factors like stress, alcohol, exercise, etc, however it almost always has a visible rash (red, raised whelps on skin) . Cholinergic urticaria specifically gets worse with heat and stress, but is smaller bumps on skin (again, a rash). not sure what you mean by itchy skin with no rash

Get checked by Docto: Itching is common among normal healthy people. Most often it is due to dry skin which is very common in colder winter months(home heat make sit much worse). It is not a common symptom or lymphoma. So you can get that out of your mind. Use some oily lotions daily and it should settle down. If it gets worse/persists despite well oiled skin, then get a medical check up from your doctor.

Allergies = Itching: One of the most common symptoms associated with allergies is itching. The itchiness can occur in your nose, eyes, mouth, or skin. Allergy testing will document  what items you are allergic to as well as telling how allergic you are to each item. Eczema is often allergically mediated and may simply be another manifestation of your allergies.

Not likely: Moisturizing can be helpful. Usually allergies do not cause itching all over unless you've come in contact with something. On OTC anti-histamine could help determine if it's an allergy, if the itching gets better when you take it.

Dryness: Skin dryness can cause extreme itching. Try applying lositurizers 2x a day and no daily baths.

Moisturizer: You may just have dry skin which can be helped by applying moisturizer on your skin within 3 mins after bathing and again about 12 hrs later +/- bathing. Avoid antibacterial and scented soap.  If this still does not help, see a dermatologist.

Eczema: Usually an itch that turns to rash when scratched is eczema or atopic dermatitis.  This is associated with allergies.  Maybe start taking your allergy medications again.

Likely allergies: Parasitic infections in the us are much less likely than allergies as a cause for elevated ige levels (unless you have had recent travel outside the us, especially to a 3rd world country).
